A non-skirmisher BG in single column starts its Impact Phase kinked due to a wheel in it's previous Manoeuvre Phase. It's not on a road.
It's within charge range of an enemy BG.
Can it charge in this Impact Phase?

OK. Thanks.
Supplementary question:
Will this kinked column be able to declare a charge if it now needs to wheel to contact the enemy?
(Note: a legal charge may include one wheel).

Why wouldn't it? There is nothing in the rules that makes kinked columns different from anything else.
Yet.

Ah...OK.
I think I was reading too much into the sentence on page 53 which starts with "2. Combine such an advance with a single wheel, made at any stage..."
