First impressions

The game looks good and plays easily. I am having a crash problem at the moment which is restricting my ability to play and ask more questions but I will put down what I have so far. I am a long-time PG(1 and 2) player and some of my comments come from that background.
Crash:
If I reboot my PC and do not run any apps the game runs fine but if I have run other apps or left the PC running for a while the game crashes just after loading the Lordz splash screen. My PC may not be top-end spec but it runs Civ V and a number of resource-intensive games without problems. How should I go about helping you guys with this issue?
The game:
- movement is more a jump than a move. It is nice to see your trucks moving down a road, for example, rather than jumping to the destination. More frustrating is the enemy appears out of nowhere to attack - there is no way to see where they came from, which makes them look like they sprang out of the ground!
- purchase screen closes after each purchase for deployment. I would prefer the screen stays open until all purchases have been made and then all deployments can be done (like PG).
- unit facings are only east or west. Related to the movement thing above. This seems a bit archaic to me - if an old game like PG2 can do 10 facings so that movement and combat looks more 'realistic' then I would think a 2011 game should be able to.
Designer:
Perhaps the main reason PG2 has survived so long as an old game is the inclusion of a scenario editor (and campaign editor by the community). Will Panzer Corps have one?
