Gents;

Firing up the game after a long hiatus..........along with RoR, LT, SoA.......... :-)

The game appears to run okay, but I get an error box whenever I try to launch it. Basically the message indicates:' Active Movie Window-System Error.......MagCore.dll is missing from your computer. ' After I hit 'OK' a couple of times the game loads and starts up, and I dont appear to have any issues. Just curious as to what this is, AND, if I am missing something I dont know about.

Additionally, on the Principate Roman D.A.G. list generator, the list forces me to take a minimum of 3 Superior Armored Legionairres. I cannot, for instance take all 'Average' Protected Legionaries with a mixed bow unit [BTW, I assume the 'M' stands for Mix. Is there a place to find a legend to see what the large letters stand for.

Great game [again]..........getting my buddy fired up about it again too.

That does not sound like a FOG error message but from something else you may have installed on your PC.

Have you updated to version 1.5.6.

If you still have an error any chance you could post a screen shot of the issue.

Thanks

Keith;

Thanks for the reply. It may well be something else.......it seems to work fine, so just trying to figure out if I am missing something.

Yes, I am running 1.5.6.

Any idea as to the Principate Roman list issue.........mandating 3 superior armored legionaries?

Dave,

Which Principate list do you think is an issue? In all of them in testing you can swap the superior troops for average. Just select + against the average troops and - against the superior ones.

Thanks

I think I figured out the reason. Its for the generals. I could not go below having to take 3 superior armored legionaries, and I realized thats what the generals are. Case closed. Sorry for the bother.
