Looks OK to me. 4 BG's of good foot, 4 of good archers and a few supports.

I would save a few points by making half the men-at arms/billmen undrilled (and separate the drilled and undrilled groups) to upgrade the knights to superior.

The last HYW I played was similar, but I used only two 6 base strong HF (one of each), took 6 superior knights, downgraded the IC to FC and used those points to get artillery as cheap filler that has some use...

Was quite succesful against a Thematic Byzantine and an Abbasid.

i started from there - but thought the IC would be more effective and might give me some more chance of winning the scouting so i could go mad iwth the terrain adn have a bit more chance in missle exchanges with armourd superior cav.
