Russian Infantry

I am rather curious about some the stats for the Russian infantry. Firstly I have to ask why there is no Russian '43 infantry (or maybe '44), the Russian rifle divisions went through very big changes in their TO&E between the start of the war and the end of it. They received far more fire power in terms of imbedded AT guns and imbedded heavy caliber (122mm+) artillery.
A few more points of interest. The Russian engineer units seems more potent then they should be, historically the regiment and division sized units were rear line troops and the battalion and company sized units were attached to Rifle divisions, these combat units did have a lot of explosives and know-how (gotta love mobile tank obstacle units) however the actual firepower was considerably constrained they had Far less MGs and support weapons then a regular Rifle battalion so why is their soft attack higher?
The Russian airborne is also odd. Historically their TO&E was very similar to a Guard Rifle unit of the same size, in fact in '43 and after they had more imbedded AT guns and mortars than Guard Rifle units, also they started upgraded their imbedded 45mm ATG to 57mm ATG before the Guard Rifle units did. So I am surprised to see their hard attack is 1. Although I admit they rarely jumped out of a plane (you may want to remove this ability from them).
Also while on the topic the ZiS-2 57mm anti-tank gun had much better penetration then the 76mm ZiS-3 or F-22, also a higher rate of fire since it was a smaller caliber gun. I think the stats for the 76mm and 57mm should be switched.
