Expansion new features

Recently purchased several expansions, is there a manual describing its new features?
For example: the add says: "A new Line of Sight option", can it be used on Historical scenarios?, and how could it be activated?
Another question:
I see there are some new historical scenarios with the each expansion, is there any way to know which scenario comes with each new expansion?
