Campaign Deployment

Just got started on the 0.98, looks great and I'm really starting to enjoy the game now that I'm getting more used to it.
Sorry if this has been asked before or if it's a stupid question but when deploying your units at the start of a scenario is there any way to tell what transport is attached?
So far I've been renaming units, e.g. 3rd Mech. Inf or 3rd Mot. Art. etc. which isn't an inconvience, just thought I'd ask.
