Undo move allowance rules

I think a discussion about when or when not to allow the undo move would be beneficial during beta testing. I'm sure this has been given a lot of consideration by the development group, but it seems too lenient to me at present, especially in a multiplayer setting. (Single players can ignore the fact that it is even there if they desire)

In testing during the campaign games, at times you can basically 'scout' ahead and unless you end up adjacent to an unknown enemy unit you can simply take back the move. It seems to me that if your move pushes back the fog of war (makes previously shrouded territory visible), you should no longer have the option to undo the move, whether you are adjacent to an enemy unit or not. What do others think?

It´s right that you, theoretically, can use the current system to cheat and spy out the enemy.

A short proposal to clear this problem instant would be to make an option for using or not using the fog of war as a realism setting. So everybody who wants to "cheat" just deactivates the setting.
