After playing several scenarios and the poland-norway-belgium battles from the 39 campaign I can say the game is great. Very close resemblance to SSI's Generals titles but with much better graphics.
Additions:
- you should add an admin screen between battles in campaign to manage and overview better the core units. like in the original PG.
- some detail of the units when you select them would be nice. After all the good thing for having 400 different units is to anticipate the newer and better in the campaign but also to learn about the units. Personal opinion this makes the experience richer. Some historical info as well as specific info about the advantages of the unit or special abilites (e.g. bridging rivers for pioneers).
One bug which probably already noted: Alt+Rigth Click brings up the unit stats screen but the icons above the stats are transparent.
Performance: I tried it on two Dell. One old one newish but with very good stats. No problem with speed.
Usability of screen and mouse very good for my taste. The battle log window very nice feature but maybe you need to explain a bit better what are all the numbers in there as not intuitive.
