win level/scenario branching?

I had won in Moscow. Next scenario was Kursk. Won that and then it takes me back to a 2nd Moscow...I don't understand why.

Did you a Marginal or an Decisive Victory?

I'll have to check but I am assumming marginal because it said during the briefing on 2nd Moscow that our allies failed us...
So I assume that while I was off galavanting in Kursk, high command put the shitty allies in charge of Moscow and they lost it in a counter attack. Not what I would have done. Sure with this was a global map...
