Given the Polish king was also in charge of Saxony, why do the Poles only count as an ally in the Saxon list ?

Seemed a best fit for the level of military co-operation IIRC.

It's been a while since I read on the Great Northern War but from what I recall the Poles and Saxons usually drew up in distinct "divisions" under their own commanders, like at Klissow.
