A few quick notes about the 1939 campaign

A couple of quick comments based on 5 minutes of observation;
-Where are the Victory locations? Not sure if they are missing from all maps, but I don't see any on the first scenario in the 1939 campaign.
-Cannot purchase, (or upgrade to), Pz IIIE's even though you start with one. (Perhaps due to the newness of the unit?)
-I still disagree with having upgrades cost the same as buying a whole new unit, however I am assuming you are sticking with it. I bring it up here because it wasn't that way pre patch, at least in the 1939 campaign.

Golden border around ownership flag now signifies Victory Hex.
Maybe it's too subtle now lol.

Yeah it is barely visible at all. Not sure I ever would have noticed it if you hadn't of pointed it out, and that is zoomed in. When zoomed out you can't tell at all.

A couple of other things;
-The text on the pop ups for some of the buttons, (i.e. 'replacements' and 'elite replacements', etc), is showing some weird text and needs to be looked at. I see a lot of "<br>"
-Is there a reason why the 280mm K-5 almost always gives a prediction of 0/2, no matter what type of unit or level of entrenchment? Based on the stats I would expect MUCH better results. Perhaps that is specific to rail guns?
-One other thing that I keep forgetting to mention. IIRC, in PG1, at different times during the game , there would be a popup letting you know when new equipment, (i.e. tanks etc), became available. Is that a possibility?

#1 documented bug.
#2 rail guns and other 'super units' have a Rate of Fire of 40% Check combat log for details of what that means.
#3 Is on the list as need to be implemented.
