PeliCon 2011 FOG Tournament, Pensacola, FL

Bobe's Hobby House is proud to announce Pensacola's first (and Florida’s 2nd ever) Field of Glory Tournament at the inaugural PeliCon convention on July 23.

This will be a 3 round, 650 point, 1 list event. Any army from any published book may be used. Lists are due by midnight July 16 to the referee, Christopher Anders, at shadypage@att.net. Each round will be 2 hours 30 minutes plus 1d6 minutes of random time. We will use the Austin "pistol start" method and when time is called, players will finish the current phase. Tables will be 5x3 with deployment zones cut down to 12" and 7". Terrain will remain the same.

Bobe’s Hobby House will host a pre-convention event at the store on Friday night starting at 6:00 PM for those driving in and interested. The guys hope to showcase some demo games to welcome everyone to Pensacola.

Two Hotels have agreed to special rates for PeliCon. Both hotels are at the Pine Forest road exit, less than 5 minutes from the Pelicon event. Both hotels are offering a $62.99 rate if you mention Pelicon. The hotels are:
