Tank kill at 0% probability

I've just seen some embarrassingly good shooting by my German armour in Bocage Village vs KHill9702.

Two kills were at around the 1% chance and one was at 0%.

Can someone explain how a kill can occur when the probability of that event occurring is 0.

This must be a rounding error. The values displayed are to the nearest % point. The actual % may be less e.g. 0.4%

Alternatively it could have been killed by a morale drop. A bounced shot could cause a unit to surrender?

It wont truly be zero percent.

Perhaps the hit chance was 2% and the chance to penetrate was 6%. That leaves a 0.1% chance total, which is then rounded down to "0%" - 1/1000 unlikely but still possible
