Just got a crash to desktop after starting FoG - this error message appeared first

The dialog box advised reporting this error.

Do you get as far as the 'Check for Updates' button?

Not when I recieved the error message - I had previously patched up to date.
After the error message I shut down the PC rebooted and have not had the message since and have run the game.
I am however uploading the odd multiplayer game and some units graphics are absent though the combats and results do show

Can you tell me your:

1. PC Model.
2. Operating System.
3. RAM
4. Video card
