Looking at the sample army lists shown at the start of the rules i have a couple of points about the Carthaginian army picked.

The sample list shows the African spearmen as average where as the army list shown at the end of the rules states all must be superior if Hannibal in Italy.

There are only 4 numidian LI when a minimum of 6 is shown in the list.

The Balearic LI are shown as Average when the army list states superior.

Whilst not overly important issues as the list is only an example, it might cause confusion for a beginner who could wonder why the troop types are different to those shown in the main army list and is it acceptable to ignore minimums if selecting an army of less than the recommended points value.

Well spotted. We will need to tidy that up.

However, as the lists are (loosely) based on the battle of Trebia in 218, the Hannibal in Italy thing, which IIRC is 216-203 to represent Hannibal's army becoming veterans, does not apply, so the spearmen are OK.

I guess we should say that it is 218 BC.

The Numidian and Balearic LF will need to be corrected.
