I hope to run one of these medieval themed events every quarter from now on. This one is set in Italy, 500pts, no Swiss allies permitted, everyone plays everyone else.

RussProv - Venice (in Italy)
TJD - Papal States
stockwellpete - Florence
macnab - Venice (outside Italy)

Use this thread to arrange games and post results please. Hopefully it will run for about a month or so.

First prize is a slice of that melon the Condotta C-in-C's seem to be carrying about with them all the time.

Cant see any of the other four tourney members on accept a challenge board, am i looking in right place? or is it just everyone is playing at min ? i have posted a challenge myself

Hello there. Don't worry, we will be going at a leisurely pace in this tournament. I think everyone is playing right now. I will pick up your challenge in a moment so you can get started.

stockwellpete (Florence) 15/42 beat frankpowerful (Naples) 38/39 Resigned.

TJD (Papal States) in a draw with Frankpowerful (Naples), scoring 37/34 (Papal) and 42/39 (Naples).

Frankpowerful was next to my camp for 3 turns and each time it said "Looting" and yet no points were ever scored to him. He should have won this one. I've noticed in other games that something's wonky with camp scoring.

Sorry about the mix up mcnab but I appear to be fighting you with my German army? I think you accepted the wrong challenge, my Army for this tourney is still on the challenge board but we can continue the game we started too if you like?
