AI Problem

Can you program the AI to calculate the battles first using artillery?
The AI always shoots the Artillery last.
It would be better if they shot first.

I found out the AI Russian AI does build airplanes and the German AI loves to build the reconnoiter Rad8. They never buy any tanks in between that and the Tiger.
Maybe it's the new MP map I am working on but the Russians have plenty of units and prestige yet they never buy any air power.
The Russian AI appears to be a little conservative.
The Germans are short units but have plenty of prestige to buy units. After the first Tiger all they build is Rad8's.
Just take note of above and compare to what you see.
By the way... I mentioned the Rad8's were over powered beforehand. It sure is an effective weapon.
I was thinking maybe the initiative needs to be reduced by 1 or at least increase the cost by 10 to start.
