cant play mp

morning all
Just started,,checking updates flashes and says I have no connection but everything else is working
Can play campaigns but no mp
Are the servers being worked on, are there any issues server end at all
Not had a problem before
Can anyone help....will reinstalling help

Sorry you are having problems. The servers are runnign fine - in gfact if you can see and post to the forum you have all the connectivity you need. It could be your PC is blocking the game from communicating with the server. Check you have authorised it.

I have removed the firewall access..is there anything else??

Check you don't have >1 firewall running on your machine. You shouldn't need to.
You then need to be sure that the BA.EXE game executable it authorised to access the internet as it need to. Once you are working you should get the initial launcher content loading correctly.

Have re-downloaded the game and still the same problem
Firewalls on or off still the same thoughts on wat I cud try next.......

Have now installed the game on my netbook and that is working
Just cant get it to work on my pc

It's almost certainly a firewall setting of some kind on your PC. The launcher content (the initial stuff on the left when you get the config window) and the MP system both use the same connection to the internet, but to very different servers, so it's purely a connectivity issue for the EXE, rather than a server problem.
Worth checking that you don't also have a virus checker doing some kind of 'internet protection' stuff as well. And that your firewalls are actually off, even if they say they are.
Sorry we can't be more precise, but it's a machine specific issue...
