When you move a division do you have to measure each move singly or can you move the division their full 2 or 3 moves ( if room permits ) ?
I used some Fake Hussars with some Winged Hussares in the Polish list today, and was moving the 3 of them 5" a turn with the aid of a general. giving the fakes a 2nd move to keep up the illusion they were the real thing.

I would say it depends on the circumstances, if you're just moving straight ahead there's no point doing each one separately, if you want to do something more complex, such as a different wheel with each move then you'd need to do them separately.
As for fake hussars, shouldn't they move at Mob speed?

The rules make no stipulation. I would normally move them in one go, but, of course, each individaual move would need to be legal, so at times it could be challenged.

Yup, moved them 5" a go ( 2" second move) trying to keep up the illusion they are real Hussars.

I don't think that's right. You are allowed to do the substitution and deploy them in the outer 12 inches, but the list also specifies that they are otherwise treated as Mob, which would include their movement distance.

I think you need to be careful. Certainly waht you are doing is fine for the inattentive opponent, but the question is if asked how far did they move in their first move you would have to answer I only moved them 3 MU or whatever their actual single move is.

The easy option of course would be to move all the Hussars 3" a move for a gentle trot forward till they are unleashed upon the enemy.
The 2 bg I had on the table yesterday both had the luck of the dice and rolled over some Scots Covenent foot taking the guns they had supported with them. The 3rd bg were happily ignoring their flank march duties, only turning up when the flank had been won.
