I thought I read: You get full supply in a city.

My Dora gun get 2 of 3 supply.

Is this correct?

Yea, I've mentioned this somewhere, but I didn't make a full bug report for it.
And actually, you don't even get the same amount of supply when you hit the 'supply' button or when you hit 'reinforce' either.
If you use 'supply' you get 50% round up. 5 ammo HW inf gets 3 ammo per 'supply' assuming no adjacent enemies.
If you use 'reinforce' you get 50% round down. 5 ammo HW inf gets 2 ammo per 'reinforce' assuming no adjacent enemies.
