Unable to supply Brest on Overlord (Axis)

Think this might be a bug related to changes in fortress supply. As I understand it, city fortresses continue with supply level 3 even when surrounded. In a game with Stephen he launched Overlord and surrounded Brest - I was unable to supply it with reinforcements and it fell. Is this a bug or the way it is intended?

Were you unable to repair a unit in Brest or were you unable to deploy a newly built unit in your force pool there?

I tried the 1944 scenario and landed east of Brest to cut off supply to it. Brest dropped from supply level 5 to 3 which is correct. The turn after the Germans could repair 3 steps on the unit in Brest. So I don't think there is a problem with supply from Brest.
Can you check the production in all the French Atlantic fortresses. Does Brest show production of 1?

I was unable to repair the unit in Brest at all. Thus, it fell in 3 turns.

Just checked old move and Brest is at supply level "0". I can send the move to Paul (Mac version) for verification?

Can you check if Brest has production? It should have 1 PP

What versions are you both using?
I checked in version 2.00an Mac and Brest shows 1 PP.
You both have to use the same update when they come out.
If a game was started with an earlier version, both players have to update and play at least one turn
for the game file to update.

We are both an but it is possible he didn't upgrade in time and the Brest problem occurred during his change over to an plus the 1 turn of play.

Could be. You could both agree to go back a few turns and play with the latest version.
