How to fire missles without middle button?

How can I fire missiles when my mouse only has a left and a right button?

The manual has a list of buttons and keys. You may access it from the Windows Start Menu in Slitherine>Airstrike Eagles
I have a mouse with a scroll wheel that I can push down on until it clicks. That is a middle mouse button action.
