I agree with both matches and now play turn and wanting to send, in the two games it tells me that you cannot send the turn to try again it but nothing, in the end I had to cancel turn, this is due to that?

IT could be your internet connection or the Slitherine servers are having a problem.

This happened to me one time and the turn did go through even though I clicked cancel.

Iain or Pip may have more information later.

You should check whether the games are still listed as being your turn.

I have now seen that I have the turn to play, I have opened a game and when sending the turn I get the same error as before:

Hmmm - it's working fine for me. It could be a DNS problem with some ISPs? But you are able to connect to the forum without problems, so it's very odd.

We will investigate.

Im getting the sending errors too...never had a problem before so I guess its server problems...wanted you to know you are not only one.

Same thing here cant send after ending turn...been playing for a month no problems...must be servers...mine started around 4pm EST

Also having the same trouble. Since yesterday I'm getting the " failed to send " message for every turn I've tried to send but so far my games appear to be continuing without problems ?
Hopefully its a problem with their game server, which has apparently logged my last 5 turns as retried or replayed or something... that i do not like.

You'll only have turns logged if they are redownloaded (i.e. the turn really does fail to be sent and you begin the turn again).

We're looking into the server - although it's being compounded by my own connection issues here in my office. Typical.

yep, just had this problem with two games, have left the others and will try tomorrow. Other online games working normally.

I'm getting the "can't upload" message too, but notwithstanding that the turns still seem to be going through.

I even got an error (below) when I submitted my message above, but obviously that went through too.

Same problem here, "can not upload to server". Have had trouble all day, 10am - 10pm central time. Been playing for two months without any problems until today.

I came on to the forum to see how to fix the problem of my turns not uploading, my computer is already having problems and i was thinking oh great now my comp has broken BA as well, kinda relieved actually you guys all are having issues atleast I know its the server probably and we should all be up and gaming soon enough

i'm getting the same error that my turn can not be sent.
everything was working fine before. however my partner still sent a turn back to me.
so the error pops up but they are getting the turn anyway?

We are looking into this issue - which does seem to mean that the majority of turns DO get uploaded, but that the responses are not telling you that. However with great efficency it has happened on a day when a lot of the backend team are either on planes or already away from their desks.

I have the same issue I play my turm but then when I send it it refuses and I have to cancel my turn.
