My objective is to capture all the Geo-political key changes in an article for a playing aid that I, and I assume others, would find useful. I know I'm having trouble keeping all these options straight. All comments are welcomed.

The bit about Spanish...repeats:
Spain will make a trade agreement with Germany for the tungsten mine (2 PP's) if the French armistice offer is rejected and Italy is not conquered. Spain is still neutral. Spain will cancel the trade agreement with Germany if Italy is conquered. Spain is still neutral.

Thanks. The repeat is now corrected and I beefed up the information about Italy & North Africa.
