As the game becomes more complex (from the original), I find it more challenging to know what to do once France falls. Balkans? Spain? Africa?? Are British coming in from the west part of Africa now that I passed on the French surrender?

Some sort of Newbie Guide to All Your Wartime Options (and Counter Options) might be very much appreciated. Nothing extremely detailed, more like brief little "you might try this" or "you're British opponent could be doing this or that".
