I have an issue with the scrolling. I am on Windows 7 and the scrolling is "choppy" (i.e. not a smooth flow when I move the cursor around the screen.) I am not sure if this is an issue in the game or my computer. Any advisement would be appreciated.

Sorry you have problems. Have you tried updating your drivers? What are the specs of your machine? You could also try dropping the resolution and quality settings to speed up the game.

You might also want to try investigating any video card specific control panels and checking the settings for 'buffered frames' or the like - sometimes this is set too high and can cause juddering. Also try turning off visual options one by one and see if any of them are the cause.
