For some reason I can't login into the forum or game now, I get code 10 authorization with the game. When I try to set up a new password nothing comes to my e-mail, not even to junk. So I can't even contact them.

Tell your friend to email here info@slitherine.co.uk with details.
I had a similar problem and it was quickly fixed after emailing.

Yes mailing info@slitherine from the email address the account is regsitered to is the thing to do.
