Battle Wagons

I noticed they don't get a poa for melee, just impact. Is this a typo or what was the reasoning behind it ?
Do they also need a cmt to move as with their A&M conterparts ?

They get whatever POAs their crew has.
Do they also need a cmt to move as with their A&M conterparts ?
What does it say in the rules?

Hi
In FOGR Battle Wagons must make a CMT to carry out any move be it simple or complex.
