Since we now have the possibility to rail units in Finland I wondered if we should add a city in northeastern Finland (on-map) like Joensuu or Kuopio. This will be a city without production so it only be a rail hub.

Kuopio is a city of about 100.000

Joensuu is a city of about 75.000

This is how it could look:

1. Add Joensuu
2. Add Kuopio

I think both - Kuopio will help the Finns defensively whilst Joensuu will generally help the russians as it will be difficult for the Finns to defend and a useful rail head for the russians.

PS: As per the Finnish Corps voting thread, I recommend that II INF corps and VI GAR corps be switched as it will be even more important for the Finns to have an INF corps starting in Joensuu.

It looks like adding only one more city (e.g. Joensuu) plus the changes in finnish organization, defense levels, etc. should be enough but I´m also fine with adding 2 cities.

    Add both.

EDIT: Or Sortavala instead of Joensuu, although it would be on Soviet territory after Winter War.

No to both due to unanticipated impact of such a change. No strong objections though if others more familiar with GS2 are good with it.

OK to both. The play-balance effect is probably neutral.
