Frederickston Now Removed?

I just noticed that the Frederickston city and port are gone? The Frederickston Lend Lease text box still remains though.

This is yet another weird issue with the editor. I've fixed this (only the English version affected) and will send a new ww2_city_eng.txt with the next version

The Fredericton city is removed and Quebec is added instead. The USLL port is adjacent to Quebec.
