No longer receiving emails when its my turn

Hi
I've been playing FOG for some time and up until a couple of days ago was always receiving emails telling me when it was my turn.
But I haven't had any in over 48 hours even though when I log in my opponent's have played their turns.
I haven't changed my settings at all, so I'm wondering if it's a problem with the email notification system, or could there be anything else?
Thanks
Bill

I've been having the same problem for quite a while now, and I'm not alone. I posted about this issue just last week. The problem is definitely on the Slitherine side but there's no fresh information that I know of on when they're going to fix it.
In the meanwhile you might want to use that little system tray program they put out as an alternative notifier. It's stickied on the main forum.

Thanks, I might give that a try as I don't like keeping my opponent's waiting too long.
One of my opponent's says that it's never worked for him at all so it could be that there are bugs somewhere. It's a great system though so I hope it can be fixed.

The mail is being flagged as spam for some reason. We don't know why yet.

We have tried to fix this problem. If anyone is still having e-mail problems please let us know and post the domain name of your mail. E.g. if
info@slitherine.co.uk was nto working we would want to know @slitherine.co.uk. We can then look for a pattern to see if we can work out who is not getting mails and why.

Strangely, I get Topic Reply notifications from Slitherine @Gmail no problem, but turn notifications don't make it through They're not in my spam filter.

I get them most of the time, but I'm reasonably certain that not all are getting through.
My domain name is googlemail.com.

My domain name is googlemail.com.
Yesterday I found that they were going into Spam. I suspect that this is because I accidentally marked one as spam a while ago. I've recovered them now. I think this means they are getting through to googlemail.com.

Negative on that. I'm still not getting them at Gmail. And they are not in the Spam can.

Thanks guys - we're looking for a new way to send mails. There may be a delay while we develop this but it will all get back on track at some point...

I've never recieved an email alert for a turn. I didn't even know it was a feature!
Do you have to turn it on/set it up or should it be automatic?
It would help having that feature so I don't have to log in everyday.
