Mac PC Compatibility in GS 2.0?

I have played CEaW for a couple years and am looking forward to the new GS 2.0 - Main question: will Mac and PC owners be able to play against each other via PBEM?

It is still being beta-tested with the PC version of CEAW-GS 2.0.

A fully GS 2.0-compatible Mac version would be nice, currently I'm running GS 1.07 on my Mac under VMWare/Win XP - it works, but is a little annoying having to fire up Win XP each time I wish to play CEAW...

Hi,
It will be a complete and separate Mac app just like
CEAW (vanilla) Mac.
You will need a licensed copy of the original
to play CEAW-GS v2.00 Mac.

Now there is a good question! I have the original Freeverse release of CEaW, upgraded to Mac version 1.06. Will that version be compatible or will I need to buy the version that Slitherine is now selling?

Hi,
The version you have will work. As long as the game is on your Mac and has a license .
Slitherine is selling the same version.
