Inspired by Colonies & Conquest I am looking to increase my Chinese armies to cover the FOGR period. Can any one tell me if Grumpy's Ming figures from East Riding Miniatures and the Manchu figures from Outpost wargames services are compatible with the Essex 15mm range.

I think so; I use both. Also, I think that Old Glory7 do 'em - Timecast can get them for you in the UK if you are prepared to wait & don't mind large quantities of one troop type.

Thanks for the post, I have now got figures from both. They will not mix in a unit due to size differences but the East riding miniatures (Grumpy ) will fit in with Essex. The Jingal guns from Outpost Wargames Services will make great regimental guns. Excellent service from both suppliers. Lets hope my Ming will soon take to the table to crush those Japanese.
