Error message in first Normandy campaign battle

At the beginning of the first Normandy battle (link up with paras) I get the following error every time I try to zoom in or go to overhead view:
Unhandled Exception!
Exp Code: 0xC0000005
Exp Flags: 0

Can you please post the contents of the error.log file (found in My Documents\My Games\BBCBA) immediately after you experience this crash. That will help us track down the cause.

I would also recommend ensuring you have the most up to date drivers for your video card.

It looks like your card cannot support what the game is trying to do - it does appear to be a fairly old video card. What kind of video card do you have installed? I would also suggest turning off shadows or reducing the shadow quality from the initial launcher screen and seeing if that helps. It may even help to drop down the main game resolution, as sometimes this can interact oddly when rendering to texture (as happens when using the shadows).
