At some point, if no move is made by my opponent, I have been offered the choice of claiming a game.

I have seen games suddenly revert to 1969, than (this is a new improvement) those games go away.

Here is the question: What are the rules regarding allowing a person to claim a game, and removing a game from the list of games in progress? I assume they are related to the passage of time, but I wonder how.

I believe it takes a month of inactivity before you can claim the game.
