Just copy and paste it in the CEAW image folder. You will also have to do it separately for the Grand Strategy mod.

By the way I do not support Nazism in anyway but I do like things to look more historical. Also this Nazi flag is my own work, I know someone else did one but I didn't care for it.

Thanks, I've replaced the existing Nazi flad mod I was using with this one, looks better I think. I don't think featuring the Nazi flag in this sort of context is in anyway condoning Nazism, but I understand Slitherine had legal reasons not to include it in the original distribution (its illegal in some European countries, Germany for sure).

I uploaded a slightly improved version for anyone that wants it.

Just downloaded the flag and it looks GREAT. Thank you.

I did another updated version. It's been a long time since I played CEAW and realized the white disc and swastika was way to small. I've also included brighter more vibrant flags of all the major nations for the research and production screens, there still the same but like I said more vibrant.
