Failure to Notify

I'm not being notified by email that my opponent has moved. I thought this was perhaps a problem with Hotmail so I changed my profile's address to a Gmail account but nothing is coming through to there either.

The notification system had always worked perfectly before.

Help, please!

My notifications have been sporadic for the last 4-5 days or so. May mean that there is some sort of problem on Slitherine's end or with their ISP.

We've been having trouble getting flagged as spam, which is a frustrating game of whackamole, as it is distributed amongst lots of independent companies...

I'm sure it's annoying for you to deal with but I'm wondering if i can ever expect to get email notifications again.

I'm using the system-tray notifier in the meanwhile and it works very nicely, I must say. Thanks for that!

I haven't been getting my turn notification e-mails either but I would like them back if possible
