Open Office and csv

I updated OO to 3.3 and there have been some changes to Calc. I can open the csv and view it but if I save it, it adds " to the file and gives me an error when I try to start a campaign with the csv.

I've been to OO website and forum and cannot figure out what is happening. I'm not that savvy in csv or OO so any help would be appreciated.

Where does it add the " inside the file. It's certainly odd - it's a pretty simple standard. I'll take a look, but you might need to roll back until they can fix it.

I have no idea where or how it happened. After the update I noticed that the small popup window had changed. Then I had to check comma to get the small window to display properly. I think I did some changes and saves without a problem then I changed the asset on one line and had the error.

I was able to use Notepad++ to make a new csv that works but it doesn't have the grid so a little harder to read.

I tried a freeware csv program but it didn't work at all the way I wanted it to.
