Games purchased, but not any single email received

Hi gents

I have purchased some games of you (pc digital download: Field of glory and 3 expansions), and seems ok, but haven't received any email form you or from plimus. I don't know if this is an issue with the spamm filter of my mail exchange server, or an error from Plimus. i have sent emails to info@slitherine.co.uk and plimus support, without success. I would like you to resend the emails to another email from me. I need the download links, etc.

Can you help me, please

Hi again, gents.

Somehow I managed to download the games from Plimus website, and to find the serial keys. I have also registered the games here.

But I still wonder why I have not received any email from Plimus or Slitherine. Any hints?

Miki could you send us any details of this issue you have like your full name so we can look it up and work out the issue. Sorry for the problems.

Problem solved!

It was my damn mail server anti-spam filter. Changing to another email of mine solved it all. Thanks a lot for your help.

BTW, Field of Glory (pc) is a great and funny wargame.
