Can't join new tournament?

I purchased the new module "Legions Triumph" and installed it but I still can't join the tournament. The tournament software replies with this message, "You need to purchase the new module". Hmmmm....are others having the same problem?

YEP, exactly the same issue, even thought the site confirmed by serial number for LT has been registered

Are you sure it is registered? have you logged in to multiplayer - that definitely registers it.

I've registered my serial number, as always, via the Slitherine's web site, and I had no problems joining the tournament.

Ta Da! I logged into the multiplayer site and then presto....I could join the tournament. Thanks for the tip.

Please try multiplayer and then join. If this does nto help let us know.

A nice lady at slitherine sorted my issue, which was unrelated to the tournament. So I'm all sorted.
