North American Release PS3

What is the north american release for this game on the PS3 Platform? I heard something about February 2011 but that's said and done with.

Great news you are still trying to get it approved for the PS3. I was very afraid the PS3 version was canceled when I saw both Gamestop, and Gamefly totally remove the PS3 version from there release lists several weeks back. Really great to know you are still trying to get it approved for the PS3.
Also what are the odds Sony will finally go ahead, and approve it? If Sony does not let you release a retail version will you guys please release a downloadable version on PSN. I hope you are able to release the game in some form on the PS3.
There is precedent for a company releasing a retail version of a game on the 360, and a downloable version on PSN. So this is a very realistic option for you guys. See the link below.

Aksys Games released the game in North America under the title Record of Agarest War on April 29th, 2010. The game was released as a download on the PlayStation Network, and on disc for Xbox 360.

By the way Yoyoma. The 360's version release date is currently April 19. So us PS3 owners have not got the shaft yet. no updates here. everything shows TBA release date. any updates on a release date?

Sony have refused permission for teh game to relaese in the US and there is nothing we can do about it 
We'll try for a digital release next but not sure how long that will take to arrange or if it will be permitted.

Sony America have rejected every retail game we've ever submitted. They seem to be more focussed on games with AAA graphics, and strategy games dont tend to fit in to that. The game is now available on X360 in the US and selling well, but unless Sony change their minds we can't release on PS3.

Wow, that is crazy! I have the game on the 360, and I must say it's alot of fun! Wish I could get it for our PS3, so when the kids "hog" the xbox, dad can still play!
