Any idea whose figures these are?

With the combined expertise available on this Forum I'm hoping someone might be able to identify the manufacturer of these figures?
Apologies for the poor photos. I think they came in a packet of 4. There's a drummer, an officer / ensign with flag and pistol, and 2 guys with spears (falchions?) - one standing and one charging.
Any suggestions?
