Restricted access to BA PC Beta?

Just tried getting into the Beta subforum and it's got restricted access. I thought this was opened up a few months ago - was it just before Blitzkrieg was released? Have the access rights been changed back again? No big deal if they have, just checking in case I want to be nosey

Its closed up for the langauge testing I'm afraid

I have applied for the test. You contact only the one selected or you tell the one not taken?
