Bonjour J-L,
Tin Soldier sells crossbowmen with separate crossbows. You can see them here:

Even though Tin Soldier sells a wide range of single weapons ("Universal soldier" section), I don't see any crossbows being sold separately.
I've bought my medievals from them and they are well-sculpted figures with a lot of character.

Legio Heroica has miniatures with seperate crossbows. Maybe Giuseppe can sell some to you.

Under the conquistador list, there are packs of crossbows listed. Probably under the universal soldier listing too, although I did not check that.
