Hi,

I just bought a new computer - Windows 7 - and therefore reloaded everything: FoG through to Swords and Scemiters. I have all the product key values, and installed in the same order as originally.

It all installed.

When I tried to run, it would not.

The error message is: Key not found exception

(my apologies for mistakenly posting in the general list.

However,

now the issue has changed.

I went back and reapplied all the patches and updated in the order they were given. Everything went fine - with no error messages.

But, when I log on to go to multiplayer mode, the system just hangs - I did not let it sit for more than 15 minutes, but something is wrong. What should I do?

what version number do you see on the bottom left of the main menu?

I am seeing "V1.4.4
Ready FOG, ROR, SOA, SAS
Pre-loaded: IFR"

This was a bit of of a surprise, since the last thing I did was to run the SAS 1.4.0 install. All in all, things are getting confusing since I do not have any good way to reinstall the applications.
