I have been looking at a lot of 15mm manufacturers websites and haven't seen any Ottoman Sipahi armed with carbine. Does anyone make these yet.

Closest thing I found was Old Glory 15s Beslis (ROT23) that has one fellow with a carbine.

you can also the 17th C. Cossacks (RC003), some of whom have carbines slung on their backs:
