Is there any way to check up on past purchases? Maybe it's just my memory failing as I get older, but I was sure I had purchased Rise of Rome already - I just can't locate the file, and I get a "not installed" message when I try to access the army generator.

This is most unlike me; I am normally very organised about recording purchases and storing files - so maybe I really haven't bought it yet!

If you're registered the serial, it will show up on your My Page from the main site page.

We are looking to add a more organsied way to do this but for now you can try and look up any back orders from Digital River at www.findmyorder.com (orders up to Nov 2010). For Plimus it would have to be something ordered since November 2010 and we'd have to look it up for you. If you have ever used multiplayer it will have registered your serial automatically to your account.
