Hard to give you money

I have tried to purchase two games from your site thru plimus with no success.
I'm using PayPal and the money makes it to plimus who then promptly cancels the transaction because of Inconsistent contact / billing information.
Being as this is a PayPal transaction there is no need for anything to match.
Furthermore, I went to Matrix games to purchase Battlefield Academy and used exactly the same information and had no difficulties.
Now, I want to buy Great Medieval Battles but cannot because of some silly restrictions plimus is enforcing on your behalf.

Don't really expect you to do anything since I'm sure it's your "policy" but just thought you should know that you are losing sales.

Hi Todwag

sorry you are having probelms. Can you give us any transaction information on the failed transaction - is there a reference number from Paypal we can use tolocate it in the PLimus system? The exact same criteria should work on Slitherine & Matrix as we share the same payment provider so its is obviously some sort of bug. Please send any info to info@slitherine.co.uk.
