ITC - Lisbon - 3/4 September - FoG:R?

I am trying to judge as to whether, should space, etc. be available, it would be possible to run a FoG:R competition alongside the ancient/medieval competition(s) at the ITC in September.

For those who don't know the ITC - International Team Challenge - is an annual team competition now in it's 13th year, for teams of 4 players with a team representing a country. 4 games played with placing dependant on the overall team score.

As Renaissance is a less played period than ancients/medieval I suspect it would not be practical to run a competition needing 4 players per team, however, 2 or 3 per team may well be OK. It would need a minimum of 6 teams to run.

Therefore, could I have expressions of interest to try and judge whether this may be possible - no guarantees as this time as I don't even know if there is space available.

Speaking for myself, without speaking to other portuguese players, I believe it would be easy to build a Portuguese team for FOG R (at least if the ITC will be in Lisbon). Even though we still have to make our first tournment of FOG R :( , there are a healthy group of players interested in the game, we will be playing a scenario this Saturday.

Given the lack of books available at the moment, could the US A & M team tourney next year maybe include a n option of a 5th player playing Fog (R) ?

Nik, if you are not hearing back on this, perhaps a wider field of asking who would attend on some of the other lists.

Maybe hold an open tourney to run at the same time as the teams ? I know that a lot of people who might R will be in the team A&M tourney.
